ReStall Terms & Conditions

1. Overview

ReStall is a feature provided by The HandCrafted Market that allows registered traders to list, sell, or pass on stall equipment to other traders.

ReStall is a listing and messaging platform only. We do not handle payments, delivery, or transactions between users.

2. Eligibility

To use ReStall, you must:

  • Be a registered trader with The HandCrafted Market
  • Have an active account in good standing
  • Use your real business or trader details

We reserve the right to remove access at any time.

3. What can be listed

You may list:

  • Gazebos
  • Tables
  • Weights
  • Display props
  • Stall equipment and accessories

You must not list:

  • General retail products for resale
  • Counterfeit or branded goods you do not have rights to sell
  • Unsafe, damaged, or hazardous items
  • Anything illegal

Listings must be relevant to market trading.

4. Listing rules

When creating a listing, you must:

  • Provide accurate descriptions
  • Use clear and honest images
  • State the condition truthfully
  • Set a fair and realistic price

We may remove listings that are misleading, incomplete, or inappropriate.

5. Transactions

All transactions are:

  • Arranged directly between traders
  • Completed outside of ReStall
  • The responsibility of the buyer and seller

The HandCrafted Market:

  • Does not process payments
  • Does not offer buyer or seller protection
  • Is not responsible for disputes

You use ReStall at your own risk.

6. Communication

ReStall provides a messaging system to connect traders.

You must not:

  • Use abusive or inappropriate language
  • Harass or pressure other users
  • Share spam or unrelated promotions

We may restrict or remove access for misuse.

7. Safety and responsibility

You are responsible for:

  • Checking items before purchase
  • Agreeing collection or delivery terms
  • Ensuring items are safe and fit for use

The HandCrafted Market is not liable for:

  • Faulty items
  • Misrepresentation
  • Loss, damage, or disputes

8. Listing duration

  • Listings remain active for 60 days
  • After this, they are automatically removed from live view
  • You may relist items if still available

We may remove outdated or inactive listings at any time.

9. Removing listings

You can:

  • Mark items as sold
  • Remove listings at any time

We may remove listings that:

  • Breach these terms
  • Receive complaints
  • Are no longer appropriate for the platform

10. No fees

ReStall is currently free to use.

We reserve the right to introduce fees or limits in the future.

11. Liability

ReStall is provided as a convenience tool for traders.

We accept no responsibility for:

  • Transactions between users
  • Quality or condition of items
  • Any financial loss or dispute

12. Changes to ReStall

We may:

  • Update or remove features
  • Change these terms
  • Suspend or close ReStall at any time
